- 1 cup steel cut oats
- 1 cup dried apricots, chopped
- 1 cup raisins or dried currants
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 cup half-and-half
- 1/2 tsp salt
Tip #1: greasing the crock pot first might make clean-up easier. Otherwise, you might want to soak it afterwards.
Tip #2: serve with sliced almonds sprinkled over the top.
